:D

I also think light speed has varied greatly since the BB

[pedant] But a constant can't be variable, if it was it wouldn't be a constant [/pedant]

i have a constant that has a value of 423.522 in a vacuum... sometime in the past this constant had a value of 420.215 in a vacuum.

my current understanding of this value and what i was fed, leds me to believe that this has been a constant since the beginning of time

these constants are probably as relative as mass itself

Hi,

I agree with Seabass, as some of the investigations show, constants doesn't seem to be that constant over time, they may be constants within the time frame we observe them, but change on the time lines of the universe or our understanding and measurement methods, still each measurement contains certain an uncertainty and what if the fluctuation is just within the measurement error and our tools are not sensitive enough? Humans once thought a second is a constant frame but now we know, that it changes depending on the POV of the observer.
