Hi,
I agree with Seabass, as some of the investigations show, constants doesn't seem to be that constant over time, they may be constants within the time frame we observe them, but change on the time lines of the universe or our understanding and measurement methods, still each measurement contains certain an uncertainty and what if the fluctuation is just within the measurement error and our tools are not sensitive enough? Humans once thought a second is a constant frame but now we know, that it changes depending on the POV of the observer.
