For those who haven't come across it yet: Prof. Matt Strassler is providing a running update and commentary on the physics results news coming out of the LHC data analysis, along with some excellent explanatory articles about the particle physics involved, the various processes the detectors have to detect etc. For example, there is a whole series of articles on the issues around the Higgs.
