What partials would be created if you smashed anti protons together instead of protons? Same as the proton smashing but anti? Would the higgs be the same or is there an anti higgs?

For every quark flavor there is a corresponding type of antiparticle, known as antiquark, that differs from the quark only in that some of its properties have equal magnitude but opposite sign. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark

It would create basically the same as protons. It's the particle energy what gets transformed to the matter of additional particles and it generates even amounts of particles and anti-particles.

Standard model Higgs is its own antiparticle, similarly to photons. But there are also string theory Higgses and the situation may be more complicated there if these appear to be the case. At present it looks like there's just one Higgs though.
