Anyone who doesn't take truth seriously in small matters cannot be trusted with large ones either by Albert Einstein.

The last that I want to do is to start scaring people here again, but as far as I understood the only couldnt find signatures of the decay of micro-black-holes. In case there were the reall scary micro-black-holes which wouldnt decay then the would also not be found by this detector or would ther be any other known detectable signatures of stable MBHs that where also not observed and thereby ruled out?
The scenario is declared sfe in case Hawking is right whith his theory of radiation of black-holes. The real scary scenario is only in case Hawkins unproven theory is wrong.

The production of something that is undetectable by the detectors will most definitely be noticed -- as missing energy (when adding up the energy of all the observed collision products). This is very much being looked for.

It probably bears repeating that if there were no Hawking radiation, there would still be nothing scary about stable microscopic black holes, essentially because they would be too tiny for anything to fall into.
