Ivan is a Nickname of a russian user claiming to have a theory of magnetic holes which predicts that the proton-collisions of the LHC will create such a hole and will destry the earth by doing that. He writes about that in many forums and also on his personal webpage and also encourages the people everywhere to take anymeasures available to them to stop or destroy the LHC, no matte if they are powerful courts, international terrorists or only Cern-insiders who could sabotage the project.

In this forum her uses the username magnetic-trap.

Yes, I know of Ivan lol was only joking

I've read a lot on Ivan and googled his name. Back in 2008 I wrote to a particle physicist and directed him to Ivans website and the Physicist said that his theories aren't even scientific and a load of codswallop lol.

I look at it this way: why does he even bother telling us the Earth is going to Explode in say a few days, several days,few weeks, next month and so on ...... lol It's not like we can stop it anyway if it did and we might just as well go out and enjoy ourselves before it does and Ivan should be doing this too if he is so convinced this is going to happen lol there's certainly no way I'm going to get worried about what he says. I did read a thread of his on another forum stating the Sun is an empty ball or something another theory of his. I dunno,there's always one
