Hi. My name is Kamil Urban and I a former student of Computer Science on the Warsaw University of Technology in Poland. I am very interested in the operation of the LHC and I have learned allot of physics during tracking of its operation. For the last 2 years or so I have tracked the details of the LHC by observing the logbook. Last year suddenly the permission to access it was revoked. I would like to know if there is a way I can once again access the logbook since sending mails to CERN didn't help.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Greetings.

Re: LHC logbook access
Hello once again.
Almost four years ago I wrote the above post. I've been tracking LHC for the last 4 years and again something must have been changed in the permission rules because my access to the logbook has been once more revoked.
The mail address that I log in to CERN is: k.urban@postpro.net
Could someone please help me?
Thanks in advance

Re: LHC logbook access
The request page linked above still exists, they can probably help you there.
Does your CERN lightweight account still work?
I can access the logbook, but I have a full CERN account.

Re: LHC logbook access
Yes, a lightweight account works fine for the logbooks. I have mine for years and I forgot how I got it, but I can guarantee you that it works.
And, the logbook is a nice source of information. Another good source is indico morning meetings, that are also accessible with the lightweight account.

Re: LHC logbook access
You don't need any account for the morning meeting slides as far as I know.
Re: LHC logbook access
Yes, that's true . Sorry for the confusion.mfb wrote:You don't need any account for the morning meeting slides as far as I know.
