Collisions are scheduled for Wednesday CERN TIME UTC/GMT +1 hour. Anytime in the 24 hours after 4PM pacific. The exact timing will be variable. They are scheduled for 450GeV BUT WHO KNOWS maybe someone might try to ramp the beam and collide at higher energies. I am still suspicious after they were sneaky with previous major milestones.
That 2e10 is interesting. Might indicate higher power collisions.

Re: *** Alert ***
This has obviously been delayed by the power outage. BUT most likely not by much. So once things are working again be ready for collisions.

Re: *** Alert ***
I think that Friday or Saturday. Probably a day later due to events. The schedule is "in flux" as they say. http://lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch/lh ... C-news.htm

450 GEV COLLISIONS PLANNED SATURDAY/SUNDAY
Schedule at http://lhc-commissioning.web.cern.ch/lh ... C-news.htm. Collisions at 450GeV are planned at:
Saturday 1600 - 450 GeV Beam Collisions, Intensity of 4e9
Sunday 0000 - As Above
Sunday 1400 - 450 GeV Beam Collisions, Intensity of 2e10
I believe the latter one will be the highest intensity collisions in the LHC so far.
Of course, schedules don't always hold!
