confusion with multiverse and supersymmetry

There is superstring theory which supports supersymmetry, or needs supersymmetry to function in the mathematics for superstring theory, HOWEVER superstring theory SUPPORTS the multiverse but… the multiverse is an “enemy” to supersymmetry. What is going on here?
