Two metal disks are connected strongly. Between disks a lining
dielectric. In the lining center a small aperture, in which the tablet
of nuclear substance (electric conductor) is placed. As a result
electric current short circuit on a silver tablet (it is taken on to
equivalent conductivity of plasma) diameter and long one millimeter the
necessary capacity of pressure of three watts of 220 Volt. An elementary
charge in the given case in the continuous environment gets temperature
within 13 700 000 000К for one second. Also in the given conditions the
criterion is observed lawson necessary for thermonuclear synthesis of
helium.
Apocalypse of John Chapter 18
21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast
it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city
Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

At short circuit of an electric current of ~1 kW (220V, 6A) for one second energy 6,2415*10^21 ev/n - particles turns out.
In short circuit 220V and 6A on silver wire with a diameter of 0.9 mm, the electromagnetic field is formed between the plates, which keeps the plasma and appears beta radiation.
