(I.e. how fast you moved the clock) and it can be monitor for a couple of days. The communication infrastructure should be willing to set this up for a few days just for the go...

There is an easy way to tell if the two clock are in sync. Yuo need to construct a dark fiper between the two ends. The path is not important. The number on the plot is for total of all IPs. The CM only number can be read from the plot. You also have to be careful with dates. The papers do not reference the last fill number a data point I think should be in all papers.
