1) Ha-ha. I've found the bug. The interval between the grid lines on the graphs is not constant, it's not 45 pixels/0.05 frev, it's 45 to 46 pixels. 1) First of all it'd be good to understand what signal that hump is in. As far as I understand they measure (how?) the transverse position of the beam at one fixed point in LHC ring, take it as a function of revolution number, and then take Fourier transform of it.
